Enjoy camaraderie and fun helping plan and put on the fair. If you can wield a paint roller, have computer skills, can stuff an envelope, like to give directions, have great ideas, or can lend a hand setting up booths, directing traffic, working with children - we have a task to fit your special interests and talents. Whether you can serve a couple hours a month on our planning committee or donate only one hour a year to help set up, work at, or clean up the fair, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done. To our fair visitors' survey question "What do you like best about the fair?" 55% said "community spirit", community feeling", "brings our community together." "I had five kids with me and only five dollars in my pocket. I gave each of them a dollar and told them to do the best they could. The vendors were wonderful; they saw to it that each one could have something to eat and something to buy. They came home with a bagful of treats.
