Artists, Artisans, Authors, Crafters, and other Talented Folks
Your skills are an invaluable contribution to the success of our fair.

Our visitors especially appreciate seeing the practical arts practiced by our grandparents,
like spinning, weaving, quilting, woodworking and metal smithing.
Join us to demonstrate, display, and share your special talent and skill. Space to display and demonstrate only is free! Submit a Demonstrations & Exhibits Application form. If you plan to sell the results of your artistic endeavor, please use the Crafts and Commercial Vendor Application Form and include the appropriate space fee.

Authors, if you wish stage time to read an excerpt from your book, please submit an entertainment application in addition to your booth space application. Available stage time is limited.
You may read from your booth whenever you wish, and we can announce those times.

Community, Civic, Non-profit, Governmental Groups
This is an opportunity to raise funds and provide outreach to your constituent groups.

For non-profits, booth space is affordable - FREE!. (Although we do appreciate a goodwill donation.) We ask that you offer a free activity or item to children at the fair. Suggestions include lollipop games, fingerprinting, coloring pages, pencils, toothpick tops, button whirligigs, paper airplanes, paper tube kazoos, tin can walkers (we love recycled stuff) and the like. It attracts traffic to your booth!

Commercial Vendors
Space is limited
Commercial vendors who reside in the local area and who provide a service or product of benefit to our community, or who offer a product unavailable in local stores, may participate. Please contact us with information about your product before submitting an application.

Food Vendors
We couldn't get through the day without you!

To give each food vendor the best opportunity to sell his/her special treats, we allow only one vendor for each food type. So apply early. Please note that for the safety of your customers, a Pierce County Health Department temporary food booth license and fire code compliance and insurance are mandatory. All food booth workers must have a current food handler's permit. Health Department inspectors are on site during the fair to assure compliance with regulations.
